Accessibility

Built to be usable by everyone.

Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Here is what we have done, what we know is not finished, and how to tell us when something does not work for you.

Tell us about a problem

If any part of this site is hard to use, email us and say what page you were on and what happened. You can also use the contact form. We aim to reply within five business days.

  • What standard we work to

We build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, Level AA. That is the level most commonly referenced for public websites in the United States.

We do not claim certification. No one certifies a website as accessible. What we can tell you is what we test and what we fix.

  • What we check on every page

    • Text and background colour contrast, measured against the 4.5 to 1 ratio for normal text and 3 to 1 for large text
    • Headings that run in order, so screen reader users can navigate by structure
    • A skip link at the top of every page, so keyboard users can jump past the menu
    • Alternative text on every image that carries meaning
    • Form fields with real labels, not placeholder text standing in for one
    • Links and buttons with names that make sense out of context
    • Pinch to zoom left enabled on phones
    • Tap targets at least 24 by 24 pixels
    • Reduced motion honoured, so animation stops if your device asks for that

Last full check: 28 September 2026, across every page on this site.

  • What we know is not finished

We would rather list these than pretend they do not exist.

    • We have not yet had the site reviewed by a person who uses a screen reader daily. Automated checks find a lot, but they do not find everything, and they cannot tell you whether a page actually makes sense to listen to.
    • Some pages use decorative motion in the background. It stops if your device requests reduced motion, but we have not tested every combination of browser and setting.
    • Documents produced by our products are a separate matter from this website, and their accessibility is still being worked on.
  • If something does not work for you

Email us. You do not need to know the technical name for the problem. "The text on the pricing page is too faint to read" is a useful report.

If you need information from this site in another format, ask and we will send it to you another way.
