Hours back, without handing your business to a black box

AI workflows that handle the repetitive work, without taking your people out of the loop.

An AI workflow is software that does repetitive work on its own. It asks for your approval at the steps that matter.

Built by a CISSP with 35 years operating business technology. Select engagements only. Production workflows running at customer sites today.

What this actually is

The AI that helps you isn't a chatbot.

When most people hear "AI," they picture a chat window. That kind is useful for writing and asking questions. We build the other kind. Software that runs in the background, moves your busywork between the systems you already use, and only asks your team to step in for the calls that matter.

What most people picture

An AI you ask questions.

A chat window. You type, it replies. Useful for writing and thinking. It does not handle the work piling up between your systems.

A hand resting on a modern aluminum laptop, the screen showing an AI chat conversation with soft blue user message bubbles and a longer pale gray AI reply. Warm afternoon window light, a small plant in the background, a closed leather portfolio to the right. Editorial product photography style.
What we build

An AI that does the work.

Software running in the background. Your information moves between your systems on its own. Your team approves the steps that matter. The rest just runs.

Running today

Four examples. Many more possible.

These are four kinds of workflow we ship today. Each one is real and running. Inside every category, every customer's build is different. The list of things AI workflows can do for a small business is much longer than four cards. Tap one to start a Workflow Opportunity Review for yours.

What's on this page is not the menu. These four show the kinds of workflow we ship today. The actual list, across document intake, scheduling, reporting, customer follow-up, approvals, reconciliation, exception handling, vendor coordination, and the work between any two systems your team already uses, is much longer than four cards. If yours does not match a card exactly, that is the normal case. The Workflow Opportunity Review tells us whether yours fits.

How we work

Four steps. In order. Nothing skipped.

We do not start with the build. We start with whether the workflow should exist at all. Then we design it on paper, build it carefully, and stay with it after launch.

1

Review

A paid Workflow Opportunity Review. We map one workflow and tell you whether it can be built responsibly.

2

Design

Process map, system access, approval points, exception paths. Written and agreed before any access is granted.

3

Build

The workflow is built, tested against real production conditions, and handed off with documentation.

4

Care

Monitoring, changes, exception handling. The workflow stays alive as your software and your data shift.

Select engagements

What we take on. What we don't.

Every workflow gets reviewed for fit before we accept the work. That keeps the record clean and the results consistent. If your situation does not fit, we will tell you in writing.

What we take on today

Document, data, and routing workflows

  • Document and data workflows that move information between business systems
  • Schedule, report, and routing workflows that handle recurring administrative work
  • Healthcare administration workflows (front desk, scheduling, intake, recall)
  • Tax and accounting document intake (W-2, 1099, receipts, portal documents)
  • Lead response and customer follow-up workflows
  • Security log review and response workflows
Out of scope today

Work we do not take on

  • Workflows that make or materially influence decisions about people (hiring, credit, insurance eligibility, housing, patient-care eligibility, government benefits)
  • Video editing or video production
  • Marketing creative, brand work, content writing, or campaign automation
  • Voice AI systems and phone-agent workflows
  • Workflows on closed software platforms that do not allow supported integration

The word "today" matters. The scope grows as the deployment record grows. We will not market what we have not done.

Operating record

Thirty-five years. Four verticals shipped. One standard.

0
Years operating business technology environments
0
Industry verticals shipped to production, with unique workflows inside each
1
CISSP-led delivery standard through every engagement

Four verticals, but the workflows inside each are not a menu. Every build is scoped to your systems, your data, and your approvals. There is no template product. There is a delivery standard, and a record of shipping. Built on the operating discipline of Computer Concepts Inc.

Pricing

Visible. Scoped. Honest.

Starting prices are shown so you know what kind of engagement this is before you call. Final scope depends on systems involved, data sensitivity, approval paths, exception handling, and support requirements.

Every engagement starts here

The Workflow Opportunity Review — $1,500

Before any build, we map one of your workflows and tell you in writing whether it can be built responsibly. The fee credits toward your build if you sign within 30 days.

Workflow Opportunity Review

What the Review is. And what it isn't.

Every engagement starts here. A scoped, paid review of one recurring workflow. The fee is credited toward the build if you sign within 30 days. Even if you don't, you leave with a written deliverable that is yours to keep.

The Review is

A scoped, paid engagement

  • A workflow mapped end to end
  • Systems and information inventoried
  • Integration feasibility checked against your vendors' supported APIs
  • Approval points and exception paths identified
  • A written next-step recommendation and budget class
The Review is not

Not what it can't be

  • Not legal advice or a substitute for counsel
  • Not a determination of your status under HIPAA, the FTC Safeguards Rule, the Colorado AI Act, or any other law
  • Not a security assessment or a penetration test of your environment
  • Not a free pitch call
  • Not a guarantee that the workflow can be built

Care Plan

The reason the workflow is still working in year three.

AI workflows do not stay built. Vendor APIs change. Models update. Data formats shift. Without someone watching, the workflow you bought silently breaks. With a Care Plan, it keeps working as your business changes.

Why Care Plans are required for production workflows. Without one, the workflow drifts and you find out at the worst possible moment. With one, we catch the drift in the monthly review, fix it before it matters, and the workflow stays useful.
Questions

What people ask before they call.

Will this break my existing software?

No. The workflow connects to your existing systems through supported integration paths. We test against real production conditions before launch. We do not modify your software. We route information between it.

What if my software vendor does not allow integration?

The paid Workflow Opportunity Review checks this before any build commitment. If your vendor blocks the integration we need, we tell you in writing and you keep the Review document. We do not promise builds we cannot deliver.

Will my staff need to learn anything new?

Your team approves the steps that matter. Everything else happens in the background. We document where staff act and where the workflow handles itself.

Is my customer data safe?

We review your data flow, access requirements, retention, and approved service providers before launch. For workflows that touch protected health information, business associate considerations are reviewed before any production use. We do not make universal claims about security across every configuration. We describe what is reviewed and what is delivered.

What happens if the workflow makes a mistake?

Approval points are designed in. The workflow drafts the result, your staff reviews it where the process calls for judgment, and exceptions escalate to a named owner. Mistakes are caught at the approval point, not after the customer sees them.

What exactly does the Care Plan cover?

Monthly workflow health check, connector and access review, exception handling, change requests, periodic logic review, and customer-owned operational contact. Care Plans are required for production workflows because AI workflows drift as vendor APIs change, models update, and data formats shift.

Can I cancel the Care Plan?

Yes. With written notice. The workflow continues to run on the day you cancel. Monitoring, support, and updates stop. When something drifts after that, you handle it or you call us back.

Why is the Review paid?

A paid review creates a defined scope and a written deliverable. You walk away with a workflow map, a feasibility check, and a next-step recommendation. The fee is credited toward a build if you sign within 30 days. Free audits invite tire-kickers and create expectations we cannot meet without a contract.
Step 1 of 3

Where does the work live?

Pick the world that fits best. It helps us know whether the Review will land on a workflow we know how to scope.
